Everything is put together, It turns on, sound passes through, no volume or sonic change when turned on/off. No Change when adjusting the trimmers.

All the test pins in Channel 2 are correct and test pin 1 in Channel 1 is correct but all the other test pins in Channel 1 are giving me no reading what so ever.

Any idea where the issue might be?

Thanks!
Nick

Do the LED and meter light up?

test pin 1 in Channel 1 is correct
Do you mean you get 1.5VAC on TP1 in step 1.6?

but all the other test pins in Channel 1 are giving me no reading
Do you mean 0VDC or 0VAC reading?

Hey, So I actually described this a bit wrong from the get go but I have progressed yet I'm still having some difficulties.

So The LED and meter light up.

My Issue was that in Step 5, testing DC, when connecting pin 0V and V+ I was getting a correct reading. And the other pins in that section had 0 reading.

At this point V+ has a correct reading, as does +12V. However, V- is reading .79V, and pin -12V is reading .68V.

I still have no audible change when passing audio through.

Thanks Nick

It sounds like you may have blown R42. Check the continuity across it. It is 1 ohm so it should look like a wire for the ohmmeter. Also check that D5 is OK in the correct direction.
