My next step in the build is the three Relays. They are 10 pin relay and there is 10 holes in the PCB, BUT two of the holes have no metal ring to them. Do i solder them anyway or do i skip the two last pins on the relay?

You must skip the holes without a pad. These pins are unused. Leaving them unsoldered will make it easier if you ever need to replace the relay in the future.
