Hello,

I've noticed that the layout says C21 is 1u63v while the parts list says 1u100v (and the part seems to match the parts list).  

Just wanted to bring this to your attention.  :)

You are correct.
Sometimes only the 100V are available at our suppliers. This is not a problem because the voltage spec in electrolytic caps is a minimum recommended value.
