Title: Very low sound from unit after working properly for weeks

Hi!
I built and set up the MU524 with no problems and the unit was working perfectly for about two weeks until today. I tried to run a signal through it only to find that, with both the input and output levels at maximum I could only hear the signal very faintly amongst a lot of noise, and there was no gain reduction (at least no meter movement despite it lighting up properly). I tried running the signal through other 500 series modules in the same lunchbox and there was no issue, so it seems something has happened to the module. Any ideas of what could go wrong so fast, when my set up had no issues?

It turns out it was an issue with the 500-series chassis not the MU524, I had been rerouting and forgot to take that into consideration. It is now in a different chassis and working great!
