Title: Possible to replace PCB C and components?
Post by: radiounready on March 31, 2023, 01:48:00 AM
I attached the cable connectors on PCB C to the wrong side. I removed them, but I am currently unable to fully clear all the through holes. I've used a pump, solder wick, flux, even tried pokikg through with small tools. The residual solder won't come out of three holes. Also, those connections are pretty trashed from repeated heating.

Assuming I'm unable to recover it, is there an option to buy PCB C and it's components without having to pay for the whole kit again?

You are probably not using a powerful enough pump.
You should try this one:

is there an option to buy PCB C and it's components without having to pay for the whole kit again?

I am using the jonard dp-200. Is that not as powerful as the 100?
