Title: Informative: Check continuity on boards C51-R102 (batch May 2021)

Just made the 1st startup on my new CP 4500 and i had around -6.2 Volts were the +12V should be.

On my board the tiny fine trace between C51 and R102 made no coninuity.

So in case you experience a similar result, check there.

Fortunately, this appears to be an isolated case. I have checked on a batch of board which all have the correct connection.
