How to Order

To place an order you must :

• On the website, select the products you want to purchase and click on the "Add to cart" button. When your order is completed click on the "Checkout" button.
• Fill the personal information page. You can add comments to your order in the "Additional information" field. This where you should give your VAT number if you are a EU company. When ready, click on the "Checkout" button.
• Select a shipping option. Click on the "Checkout" button.
• Check total. If everything is correct, click on the "Checkout" button.

You will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation email.

Payment

After we have processed your order and checked the products availability, we will send you a second email with the payment details.

For Credit Card payment, this email will have a link to the secured system Paypal which uses the SSL protocol to encrypt all transaction data. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eCHECK are accepted.

You may also pay with a wire transfer to our bank account .

For French customers we accept personal checks.

The goods will be shipped after your payment has actually been credited to our account. You must allow for 3 to 10 business days depending on the country and the mode of payment.

A paper invoice with VAT will be included in the packing.

Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries through the French Postal Services and UPS. The carrier selection is made during checkout on our website.

Delivery time for the postal services is 3 to 5 days for Europe and 5 to 10 days for other countries.

Delivery time for UPS depends on the selected service and should be checked on their website.

The goods are insured during shipping against loss or damage. Any damages must be checked on delivery and in case of serious damages, the parcel should be refused.

Be aware that the shipping costs calculated on our website do not include local country taxes.

We will provide a tracking number that will allow you to track your goods.

VAT and taxes

All customers from European Union will be charged for the French VAT (19.6%) except companies which can provide a valid VAT number.

Customers that are not from the European Union will not be charged any VAT but will have to pay their own local taxes.
